Although it is not a ski in and out chalet it does come with a 4WD Van with ski racks and snow tyres, which is a great resource to have in Hakuba, as one can then easily drive to any of the 10 ski resorts and thus not need to rely on the shuttle bus network. From the AGS Chalet to Happo One it is just a 5 minute drive as it is to Hakuba 47 and 10 minutes to Iwatake and 15 minutes to Tsugaike and approximately 20 minutes to Cortina. Other than driving to the ski resorts from the AGS to Echoland and other shopping and dining areas it is still just 5 minutes away. Having a car in Hakuba customers really can see and do so much more and makes the convenience so much easier. Parking is never a problem and road rules are very similar to that of driving in Australia. In order for customers to utilise the vehicle they must bring with them an international drivers lisc. and drivers must be over the age of 26 years.

The second bedroom is a downstairs studio with two single beds, a sitting area with lounge, coffee table and tv, a kitchenette with small table and chairs, a wardrobe, ensuite and laundry. The studio can fit one additional bed for the 5th person.
